To help you with your automation project, we have made a template URS that you can download. All Eight essential steps to a successful URS process are incorporated into this template. The template has sections to help you explain your part and your manufacturing process as well as a requirements table. There are some example requirements incorporated in the requirements table to help you understand how to express desires and refer to standards in your URS.

The blue text throughout the template is instruction and guidance about what should be added to the document. Like all templates, this one is there for you to modify and change as needed.
